How to apply & process documents to study MBBS in RCMC
To get an offer letter from our college
• Send 10th & 12th Certificates, Mark Sheets, Admit Cards & Passport, respective country’s entrance result to college.
• A GPA score of less than 3.50 points in any exam will not be considered
• Pay admission fee through Telegraphic Transfer (T.T)/SWIFT.
To apply for Equivalence Certificate.
• Student must have original 10th & 12th Certificates, Mark Sheets, Admit Cards & Passport.
• Get all class 10th & 12th class mark sheets & certificates attested by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign affairs of the respective countries.
• Pay $100 (can change) in favour of DGHS
• submit an online application from 31 January, 2026 only through the Foreign Students’ Login Portal on DGME website, (website: www.dgme.gov.bd). For more info visit DGME Notice Board.

To apply for VISA
• Submit the attested document to the Bangladesh Mission to obtain a visa with the eligibility list published by DGME.
Report to college before the deadline of admission with original 10th & 12th Certificates, Mark Sheets, Admit Cards, Passport & copy of Telegraphic Transfer (T.T)/SWIFT Message of college payment.
PROVISION FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
At present Rangpur Community Medical College has got permission to admit foreign students and is proud to host students from SAARC countries. Last 16 years we have had good numbers of students from India, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives. Rangpur Community Medical College serves students from various educational, ethnic and religious backgrounds. Rangpur Community Medical College campus offers a rich cultural diversity through a range of activities geared towards international students. We incorporate a global perspective into our mission of training students to work globally. The process of admission to these seats would be expedited and completed at an earlier date to enable those selected for admission to arrange for their visa and complete other formalities to be in time to start their studies in the college.
ADMISSION DEADLINE
A list of finally selected candidates will be duly notified on the college notice board. Finally, selected candidates shall have to get admission by the announced date and time. Otherwise, their selection will be cancelled and the vacant place will be filled by candidates from the waiting list in respect to Bangladeshi & foreign students will be selected preliminary based on their academic certificates & will be finally confirmed according to the joint rules set by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Applications of foreign students will be accepted all year round in college, however, enrollment will be finalised according to the deadline set by government of Bangladesh. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Foreign students who are interested to get admission in MBBS course at Rangpur Community Medical College must pass:
- SSC/O-level or equivalent examination not before 2021.
- HSC/A-level or equivalent examination in 2023 or 2024.
- ‘A’ level or equivalent exam must be completed within 3 years of ‘O’ level or equivalent exam.
- Aggregate score in SSC/O-level & HSC/A-level must be GPA-7.0 or more.
- Must obtain average 60% mark or GPA 3.5 or more in 5 subjects in SSC equivalent examination.
- Must obtain average 60% mark or GPA 3.5 Physics, Chemistry & Biology SSC equivalent examination.
- Biology must be passed with minimum GPA-3.50
- A GPA score of less than 3.50 points in any exam will not be considered.
- Student must clear the entrance exam in their own country if needed.
- All certificates must be duly attested by the competent authority, i.e. Education and the Foreign Ministries of the respective countries. Successful applicants have to produce all academic certificates, admit cards and mark-sheets/ transcripts in original at the time of their admission in college.
CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE
All students are required to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Colleges. Non-adherence to these rules and regulations makes the students liable to disciplinary action which may range from warning to expulsion from the College. Students of Rangpur Community Medical College are forbidden to organize political unions, associations or societies other than those set up by the authority in order to enrich their physical, intellectual, social and ethical development.
The candidates and their parents or guardians are required to sign bonds on non-judicial stamps regarding the terms and conditions of study conduct and discipline during admission into the College.
PAYMENTS DUE ON ADMISSION AND IMPORTANT NOTICE
All instalments for the respective students must be paid in full amount in US dollars via a swift transaction or in college accounts according to the fee structure given to students during the admission process.

All payments made at the time of admission are non-refundable in case of cancellation of admission once it is confirmed. If any student wants to cancel the admission after the confirmation of admission or wants to drop out of the college, the student must compensate the college by paying a full course fee to cancel the enrolment.
Payment Refund & Cancellation Policy for Foreign Students
Rangpur Community Medical College takes a certain amount of fees during admission process for seat booking and then admission confirmation. If student decides to cancel their admission at least 1 month before admission confirming date, student will be refunded only the seat confirmation fee manually or through consultant. The seat booking fee is non-refundable.
Since college works with limited number of seats on foreign student admission, once a student confirms the admission, there is no way we can replace another student in place of confirmed student. Since, admission stays active for 12 years ; No refund will be granted once the admission is confirmed.
Respective installment once paid will not be refunded. In the event that an overpayment is made against the total of Installment due, the excess balance arising will be used on later installment.
If there is no other dues, any remaining excess balance will be refunded in accordance with College’s normal refund procedure. Refunds must be requested and supported by written authorization from the Student or Parents. Refunds are usually made manually and student will get a cheque/cash for return payments.
Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.
NOTE
For online payments, it is important for candidates to note the transaction number and order number for future reference and request for any type of Refund. For whatsoever reason, refund will be at the sole discretion of the College.
