How to apply & process documents to study MBBS in RCMC
To get an offer letter from our college
• Send 10th & 12th Certificates, Mark Sheets, Admit Cards & Passport, respective country’s entrance result to college.
• Pay admission fee through Telegraphic Transfer (T.T)/SWIFT.
To apply for Equivalence Certificate.
• Student must have original 10th & 12th Certificates, Mark Sheets, Admit Cards & Passport.
• Get all class 10th & 12th class mark sheets & certificates attested by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign affairs of the respective countries.
• Pay $100 (can change) in favour of DGHS
• submit an online application from 05 December, 2024 only through the Foreign Students’ Login Portal on DGME website, (website: www.dgme.gov.bd). For more info visit DGME Notice Board.
• Download the submitted copy for future reference.
To apply for VISA
• Submit the attested document to the Bangladesh Mission to obtain a visa with the eligibility list published by DGME.
Report to college before the deadline of admission with original 10th & 12th Certificates, Mark Sheets, Admit Cards, Passport & copy of Telegraphic Transfer (T.T)/SWIFT Message of college payment.
At present Rangpur Community Medical College has got permission to admit foreign students and is proud to host students from SAARC countries. Last 16 years we have had good numbers of students from India, Nepal and Maldives. Rangpur Community Medical College serves students with a variety of educational ethnic and religious backgrounds. We incorporate a global perspective into our mission of training students to work in a world of economy. Rangpur Community Medical College campus offers a rich cultural diversity through a range of activities geared towards international students. The process of admission to these seats would be expedited and completed at an earlier date to enable those selected for admission to arrange for their visa and complete other formalities to be in time to start their studies in the college.
A list of finally selected candidates will be duly notified on the college notice board. Finally, selected candidates shall have to get admission by the announced date and time. Otherwise, their selection will be cancelled and the vacant place will be filled by candidates from the waiting list in respect to Bangladeshi & foreign students will be selected preliminary based on their academic certificates & will be finally confirmed according to the joint rules set by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. All students are required to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Colleges. Non-adherence to these rules and regulations makes the students liable to disciplinary action which may range from warning to expulsion from the College. Students of Rangpur Community Medical College are forbidden to organize political unions, associations or societies other than those set up by the authority in order to enrich their physical, intellectual, social and ethical development.
The candidates and their parents or guardians are required to sign bonds on non-judicial stamps regarding the terms and conditions of study conduct and discipline during admission into the College.
All instalments for the respective students must be paid in full amount in US dollars via a swift transaction or in college accounts according to the fee structure given to students during the admission process.

All payments made at the time of admission are non-refundable in case of cancellation of admission. If any student wants to cancel the admission after the confirmation of admission or wants to drop out of the college, the student must compensate the college by paying a full course fee to cancel the enrolment.
